Customer Support
Paste a message one of your customers sent you, and Customer Support says what kind it is and whether a person should take it, and writes a reply from your business's own answers - for you to read, change and send yourself.
Customer Support explained 🔰
- It answers one customer's message - it says what kind it is (a question, an order or a delivery, a refund or a return, a complaint, a bill or a payment, something else), sums it up in a line, says whether a person should take it and why, and writes a reply in your business's voice for you to send yourself.
- You enter your business's name, the answers you give your customers - your hours, delivery and returns, prices, anything a reply may say - and the message your customer sent you.
- Each reply is written from your answers alone. A reply that names a sum of money or a percentage that neither your answers nor your customer's message gives is not shown. Your customer's message is read while the reply is written and is not kept.
- A help answer - the question in general words and your answer to it - comes with a reply when your customer asked something others may ask too, and is left out when it names an email address, a phone number, a long number such as an order's, or a sum your answers do not give. You can post it to Social, where it is shown to anyone, and you change its words before you post.
- Your replies are listed on this page, newest first, each with Copy.
- It runs when you ask, and the reply shows here when it is done. There is no schedule, it is not part of the daily loops email, and each request counts toward your plan's requests for the day and your limits.
- What it does not do: read your inbox or help desk, or contact your customer. You read each reply, change what you need to, and send it when you choose.
Customer Support never sends anything to your customer. Read every reply before you send it: it is written from the answers you give here, and only you know what is true.
