Keep in Touch

List the people who matter and how often you want to be in touch. Once a week it tells you who is due a message and whose birthday is coming, with a line to start each message.

Keep in Touch explained 🔰
  • It reminds you whom to get in touch with - up to 30 people, each at the rhythm you choose - and gives you a line to open each message with.
  • You enter each person's name, how often you want to be in touch and when you last were - and, if you like, their birthday and a short note. Gift Planner works from this same list of people.
  • Each run lists who is due: first a birthday within 14 days, then anyone past their rhythm, then anyone not yet marked in touch. The first 8 of them each get a line to open with, drawn only from your note.
  • How often: a new or changed list is taken up at the next hourly run if your limits allow it, then once a week. In touch today records the day and starts no run.
  • Run now starts a run by hand, once a day across all your loops, and only while none of them is in the middle of a run. Your loops also share a spending limit; a run it holds back waits for its next turn.
  • If 3 runs in a row fail, the loop pauses. Resume starts it again.
  • A daily email sums up what your loops found - one email a day, and only on a day one of them found something. It is on until you switch it off - on a loop's page once the loop is part of your plan, or, if your plan includes Loops, on your dashboard.
  • What it does not do: contact anyone on your list. It tells you alone, and you write and send each message yourself.
  • To stop it, use Remove your list. The people Gift Planner plans for stay on its list, and its past runs are kept.
