Meeting Notes
Paste your notes or a transcript of a meeting, and Meeting Notes writes it up - a summary, the decisions, the action items with who owns each and when it is due, the open questions, and a follow-up email for you to send yourself.
Meeting Notes explained 🔰
- It writes up a meeting from your notes or a transcript - a summary, the decisions, the action items with who owns each and when it is due, the open questions, and a follow-up email for you to send yourself.
- You enter your notes or a transcript, pasted - and, if you like, the meeting's name and the name to sign the follow-up email with.
- Each request writes one write-up from what you pasted alone. An action item names an owner or a due day only when your notes do, and a write-up that names a sum of money or a percentage your notes do not hold is not shown. Your notes are read once and not kept.
- Your meetings are listed on this page, newest first, each with Copy, Copy email and Download PDF - and you can post a summary to Social, where others can find it and try Meeting Notes for themselves.
- It runs when you ask, and the write-up shows here when it is done. There is no schedule, it is not part of the daily loops email, and each request counts toward your plan's requests for the day and your limits.
- What it does not do: record or listen to a meeting, or contact anyone in it. You read each write-up, change what you need to, and share it when you choose.
Meeting Notes never sends anything to the people in your meeting. Read every write-up before you share it: it is written from what you paste here, and only you know what was said.
