Subscription Audit
List the subscriptions you pay for. Once a month it tells you which ones you have not used lately, what each costs you a year, and the steps to cancel each one - so you stop paying for what you forgot about.
Subscription Audit explained 🔰
- It reads the subscriptions you list, tells you which ones you have not used lately and what each costs you a year, and gives you the steps to cancel it.
- You enter up to 40 subscriptions - each one's name, what it costs and how often it bills, the day you last used it or Not sure, and if you like the day it renews and how you pay for it.
- Not used lately means not used in the last 60 days, unless you pick 30, 90 or 180. One you are not sure about counts as not used lately - those are the ones that slip by.
- Each run adds up what each subscription costs a year and what your whole list costs, and for each one not used lately finds the steps to cancel it - up to 5 a run, the costliest first, the rest on the next run. Steps found are shown again for 90 days before they are looked up again. When none are found, the page says where most services let you cancel.
- You cancel it yourself, where you pay. EDM never cancels, pauses or pays for anything.
- How often: new or changed subscriptions are read at the next hourly run if your limits allow it, then once a month. Saving never brings a run sooner than 6 hours after the last one started.
- Run now starts a run by hand, once a day across all your loops, and only while none of them is in the middle of a run. Your loops also share a spending limit; a run it holds back waits for its next turn.
- If 3 runs in a row fail, the loop pauses. Resume starts it again.
- A daily email sums up what your loops found - one email a day, and only on a day one of them found something. It is on until you switch it off - on a loop's page once the loop is part of your plan, or, if your plan includes Loops, on your dashboard.
- To stop it, use Remove your subscriptions. Its past runs are kept.
