Cycle Calendar
Tap the day your period starts, and the day it ends if you like. Cycle Calendar works out your usual cycle from your own days, and when your next period is likely to start.
Cycle Calendar explained 🔰
- It keeps the days your period starts and ends, as you tap them, and works out when the next one is likely to start.
- You enter the day it started - and, if you like, the day it ended - under Today or Yesterday; a day is recorded at once and starts no run. With a start you can give your usual cycle, which is counted until two cycles are logged (28 days if you give none). The form starts from your last tap.
- Each run adds to your last start the average of your last 6 cycles, or fewer, and says it give or take the most days any of them was off. Its dates go from your last start to the next likely one. On the day before that, you get a reminder; it names no day - the day is here.
- How often: once a day. Saving never brings a run sooner than 6 hours after the last one started.
- Run now starts a run by hand, once a day across all your loops, and only while none of them is in the middle of a run. Your loops also share a spending limit; a run it holds back waits for its next turn.
- If 3 runs in a row fail, the loop pauses. Resume starts it again.
- A daily email sums up what your loops found - one email a day, and only on a day one of them found something. It is on until you switch it off - on a loop's page once the loop is part of your plan, or, if your plan includes Loops, on your dashboard.
- What it does not do: judge a day or a cycle, guess anything about your body, or give medical advice. Your notifications and the daily email give only a reminder and how many days you logged - never a day or a figure. It counts your own days and is not medical advice. If something about your cycle worries you, talk to a doctor.
- What it keeps: your last 13 cycles, for you alone - older days are deleted. A day can be taken back on its day or the day after. To stop it, use Remove Cycle Calendar. Every day you logged is deleted. Its past runs are deleted with it, and each is kept 364 days at most.
