Stress Check
Once a day, tap how stressed you feel from 1 to 5 and take a two-minute breathing break. Each day, see your week in numbers.
Stress Check explained 🔰
- It keeps how stressed you feel each day, from 1 (calm) to 5 (very), and whether you took a two-minute breathing break - and shows your week in numbers.
- You enter a level and, if you took it, the break, under Today or Yesterday - a day is recorded at once and starts no run. A break finished on this page ticks itself. The level starts from your last day.
- Each run reminds you to check in, unless you already have today, and looks at a week ending the day before yesterday - yesterday can still be logged, so it counts in a later week: your average, lowest and highest level, the breaks you took, and how many days in a row you took one.
- How often: once a day, from 6 pm on your clock, or at the hour you choose. Saving never brings a run sooner than 6 hours after the last one started.
- Run now starts a run by hand, once a day across all your loops, and only while none of them is in the middle of a run. Your loops also share a spending limit; a run it holds back waits for its next turn.
- If 3 runs in a row fail, the loop pauses. Resume starts it again.
- A daily email sums up what your loops found - one email a day, and only on a day one of them found something. It is on until you switch it off - on a loop's page once the loop is part of your plan, or, if your plan includes Loops, on your dashboard.
- What it does not do: judge a day, diagnose or treat anything. Your notifications and the daily email give only a reminder and how many days you logged - never a level or a figure of your week. If you feel overwhelmed or unsafe, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
- What it keeps: your days for 90 days, for you alone. To stop it, use Remove Stress Check. Your days are deleted. Its past runs are deleted with it, and each is kept 90 days at most.
Take a two-minute breathing break
Breathe in a square: in for four, hold for four, out for four, hold for four. Follow the words and the circle. Nothing leaves this page.
Breathe in, Hold, Breathe out, Hold.
A breathing break is not a treatment. If you feel overwhelmed or unsafe, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
