Workout Plan

Tell Workout Plan your goal, how much you train now, how many days a week and how long you have, and what equipment you have. It writes your week, tells you each day what to do, and steps up as you keep up.

Workout Plan explained 🔰
  • It plans your week of workouts - 2 to 6 sessions of 10 to 90 minutes, each with a warm-up, its exercises and a cool-down, using only the equipment you have.
  • You enter your goal in your own words, how much you train now, the days and the minutes, and what you have to train with. No health question is asked.
  • Each run writes a new week once a week, or sooner when you change your plan; on every other day it tells you today's session. Tick Done today or Done yesterday - a tick is recorded at once and starts no run.
  • How it steps up: each week is planned at a step from 1 to 10. When you tick every planned session, the next week is one step harder; when you tick half or fewer, it is eased a step. A rest day keeps your streak.
  • How often: once a day. A new or changed plan is taken up at the next hourly run if your limits allow it. Saving never brings a run sooner than 6 hours after the last one started.
  • Run now starts a run by hand, once a day across all your loops, and only while none of them is in the middle of a run. Your loops also share a spending limit; a run it holds back waits for its next turn.
  • If 3 runs in a row fail, the loop pauses. Resume starts it again.
  • A daily email sums up what your loops found - one email a day, and only on a day one of them found something. It is on until you switch it off - on a loop's page once the loop is part of your plan, or, if your plan includes Loops, on your dashboard.
  • What it does not do: give medical advice. If you have a condition or an injury, ask your doctor before you start.
  • To stop it, use Remove your workout plan. Your plan and your ticks are deleted, and its past runs are kept.
