Talent Filters Explained
Here you have various filters you can use to filter for Talent Profiles.
Filters work in logical AND mode i.e. you combine them. Use one, two, or more filters to narrow down your search with every filter until you arrive at a reasonable number of Talent Profiles that you can comfortably review.
For example, use a first filter to filter down to a set of e.g. 200 Talent Profiles, then add a second one to filter on those 200 Talent Profiles until you have just a handful which you can then comfortably review.
Summary Explained
Every Job Post and every Talent Profile comes with a dedicated summary.
Since it is just text, you can filter on a single character, up to entire paragraphs, and anything in between...
The idea is that it is free-form by design, so businesses and individuals can provide whatever information they want.
For example, employers often use it to provide context on the position they are hiring for.
Individuals tend to use it to include a resume right into their talent profile... any information they deem appropriate and helpful is good.
Job Types Explained
Every Job Post and every Talent Profile can specify a job type.
Job posts use it to indicate the nature of the open position to job seekers.
Talent profiles use it to indicate the types of employment they are seeking.
Selecting the appropriate job type helps ensure that job seekers find positions that match their job type preferences, while employers can use it to filter for talent looking for a particular type of employment they offer.
